GOLDBED successfully delivered 9,880m² of high-quality external concrete flooring as part of the major expansion works at Catalyst Industrial Park.
The development includes new industrial and commercial units designed to support regional growth across manufacturing, logistics, and distribution. Our external flooring package formed an essential early phase of the programme, providing a durable, high-performance surface capable of withstanding heavy vehicle movements and long-term industrial use.
