Project Overview
GOLDBED delivered 27,000m² of industrial concrete flooring for the Infinity Park Derby development, part of an 87-hectare, strategically approved site.
The renewed planning consent includes 1,799,000 sq ft of new facilities for storage and distribution, industrial use, R&D operations, office space, a hotel, public house, and café. Our work was completed on a full labour, plant, and materials basis, demonstrating our capability to manage large-scale, complex industrial projects efficiently and reliably.
The project also presented a significant challenge: major material cost increases caused by the Ukraine–Russia war. Despite these pressures, our team maintained excellent quality, delivered on schedule, and achieved full client satisfaction.
