Project Overview
GOLDBED successfully delivered the concrete flooring works for iPort Doncaster across Units 6, 7, and 8. Completed in June 2023, the new facilities are now ready for immediate occupation.
Covering 38,271m², the project was delivered on a full labour, plant, and materials basis — demonstrating our capability to manage large-scale industrial flooring packages with efficiency, precision, and consistency.

One of the key challenges involved working beneath high-voltage overhead cables in the external yard. This required meticulous planning, careful sequencing, and strict safety controls. Despite these constraints, our team delivered a safe, high-quality, and well-coordinated flooring package.
